See how it works

What the guest sees. What your team controls.

On the left, a simple WhatsApp conversation. On the right, the service states that matter: payment, kitchen, invoice, and human handoff.

Behind the scenes

Your team sees the controls, not a black box.

Every state is tracked. Allergies, low confidence, ambiguous payments, or unusual changes are handed to a person with a clear summary.

  6. 6Invoice issuedElectronic receipt kept separate

Demo uses fictional data. In your restaurant, it runs with your menu, your tables, and your rules.

How it works

Three steps. One busy Saturday night.

No app to download, no staff retraining, no POS replacement required.

  1. 1Paso 1

Put a QR on each table

We generate table-specific QRs with your brand. You print them, place them, and keep table context from the first scan.

  2. 2Paso 2

    The guest reviews and confirms

Guests order in WhatsApp, see the total, correct notes, and confirm before payment or kitchen routing.

  3. 3Paso 3

    Payment, kitchen, invoice

Hosted checkout confirms the payment, one kitchen order is created, and the electronic invoice stays separate.

Easier than a form

The guest feels served. The kitchen gets clarity.

The experience feels conversational, not bureaucratic. Behind it, pricing, payment, allergies, kitchen notes, and invoices stay organized so the team can decide fast.

What changes during service

One kitchen order. Zero card data. Less waiting.

Final pilot numbers will be published once the first 10 restaurants in the cohort are measured. Until then, this is what the architecture guarantees by design.

  1. 1

    order per table

One kitchen order, deduped by table and trace ID. If the guest confirms twice, nothing duplicates.

  2. 0

    card data points

The restaurant never touches sensitive payment data. Checkout lives hosted at your payment provider.

  3. <60s

    from QR to confirm

If the guest knows what they want, the order lands in under a minute. If they hesitate, a person takes over.

What is included

Built for 9:30 p.m. on a full Saturday.

Every piece reduces waiting without hiding control from your team.

WhatsApp Business, no shortcuts

Prepared for the official Cloud API and official onboarding. No fragile WhatsApp Web sessions.

Hosted checkout

Stripe, Mercado Pago, Adyen, or another provider: guests pay on a trusted hosted surface and card data never passes through the restaurant.

Electronic invoicing

Issuance integrated with your country's tax system, kept as a separate layer from payment. Less repetitive work, more order.

Kitchen order routing

POS-agnostic by design: staff panel, kitchen printer, or integration when the restaurant truly needs it.

Human handoff when needed

Allergies, low confidence, unclear payments, or unusual changes are routed to staff with a summary.

Shift-ready metrics

Time to kitchen, handoff rate, avoided errors, blocked duplicates, and cost per order.

For whom

Fine service deserves fine operations. This is for you.

Service-driven restaurants: 30 to 200 covers, a team comfortable with WhatsApp, and full Saturdays where waiting and confusion cost reviews and tips. Strongest fit: independent restaurants in LATAM and Europe, Hispanic-owned and tourist-destination restaurants in the US, and fine-dining venues that already use WhatsApp for VIP comms.

If your restaurant wants to cut time-to-kitchen without losing the human touch, let's talk. We are currently opening the private pilot program to a closed cohort.

Before you ask

What a serious floor team actually wants to know.

  • 01Do I have to replace my POS?

No. wasabiflow is POS-agnostic: we start with an operator panel or a kitchen printer and integrate with the restaurant's system only when it actually pays off.

  • 02What if the guest wants to talk to a person?

Human handoff is built in. Allergies, low model confidence, ambiguous payments, or unusual changes are routed to staff with a clear summary, not a glued-on chat.

  • 03How does invoicing work?

Electronic invoicing integrated with your country's tax system, kept as a separate layer from payment. You decide when invoicing fires by rule. No retries glued to checkout.

  • 04What about US guests who prefer SMS?

WhatsApp has 100M+ users in the US — strongest among Hispanic households, international travelers, and frequent VIPs. For US restaurants whose guests are predominantly SMS-only, native SMS support (Twilio) is on the roadmap. Today we focus on restaurants where WhatsApp is already the natural fit; if that's not your guest base, let us know and we'll keep you posted on the SMS launch.

  • 05What happens if the payment provider goes down?

The guest sees a clear status and the team receives an alert. The signed webhook is the source of truth, not the browser redirect. Idempotency blocks duplicate charges.

  • 06Does the guest have to download an app?

No. They scan the table QR, open WhatsApp, and order. No install, no new account, no password. It is the app they already have.

  • 07How long does setup take?

One hour with the menu imported from CSV or a link, table QRs generated, and a kitchen-order test with your team in the real kitchen.

Self-serve

Live in under one hour.

The restaurant gets itself online. Scan a QR to connect your restaurant's WhatsApp, import the menu, and print table QRs.

< 60 minutes
  1. 1

    Connect your WhatsApp

Scan a QR from your restaurant's phone and we connect the number in seconds. No Meta queue.

  2. 2

    Import the menu

Upload a CSV or paste a Google Sheet or Instagram catalogue link. We parse and normalize on the spot.

  3. 3

    Print the QRs

We generate a PDF of your branded table QRs. Print, place, and run the first real shift.

Importante. The connected number must be a dedicated one for the restaurant, not your personal WhatsApp. When volume justifies it, we migrate you to Meta's official channel without changing your day-to-day.

Talk to sales

Prices in USD, taxes excluded. You pass through external costs from your payment provider (percentage published by Stripe / Mercado Pago / Adyen) and from electronic invoicing if you delegate it.

Let's talk

Try it with your menu, not someone else's demo.

We will show you the flow with a realistic table: QR, WhatsApp, total, payment, kitchen order, invoice, and human handoff. No endless deck.

Until direct WhatsApp is active, we coordinate the pilot by email. The restaurant experience is still shown in the demo.

We reply in English or Spanish. Minimum details: restaurant, city, and contact channel to coordinate the pilot.
